New labeler Pk-LINE-Up&Down

We are pleased to announce the release of the new labeling machine model for applications on flat products above and below the Pk-LINE-Up&Down model.

Today the Pk-LINE-Up&Down machine is very compact, in fact, it measures only 1500mm in length and can handle products up to 320mm wide.

The equipment of the machine highlights the use of technology aimed at making it very easy to use.

For example, thanks to the use of the encoder, the speed adjustment of the conveyor belt is always synchronized with the labeling heads, guaranteeing the same application position even when speeds vary.

The color touch-screen control panel can store 50 “recipe” type programs in memory, which include all the machine functions so that the format change is simple and intuitive.

The photocell is used to read the product passage which can see the transparent or non-transparent product, standards.

The technology used to facilitate the operator’s task by ensuring application accuracy and stability over time, are the objectives achieved by this new Packin product.
