The Pk-52 is a versatile and reliable semiautomatic labeling machine for medium-sized round products that can meet the labeling needs of many companies.
Thanks to its compactness and its ability to interface with almost all color and thermal printers on the market, it is able to handle a wide range of label and product formats, making it a flexible solution for labeling needs. Furthermore, the various accessories available complete the machine where necessary, allowing you to apply transparent labels or handle products with protrusions such as syringes or markers.
The automatic paper loading system of the Pk-52, combined with the ergonomic position of the label application lever and the ease of adjustment of the product width fork, allows you to carry out a format change in just 1 minute. This feature significantly increases the productivity and flexibility of the machine, making it suitable for managing small production batches or for working with products that require frequent format changes.
The 4mm thick stainless steel (aisi304) structure and the use of high quality materials guarantee the longevity and reliability of the machine, and the variety of applications and possible connections place it at the first level of quality, representing an excellent investment gradual and implementable over time.
The Pk-52 semiautomatic labeling machine is capable of managing a productivity of approximately 1200 pcs/hour with medium-sized labels and products. The products that can be handled are cylindrical with a diameter from 10 to 110 mm and a label height (on the product) from 20 to 155 mm. The labeling speed of approximately 200 mm/sec. depends on the size of the labels and products.
The machine can handle a wide range of label materials, including PP, PE, PET, paper, plastic and transparent with black lines. Furthermore, with the photocell option, it is possible to use completely transparent labels for particular applications.
The Pk-52 semiautomatic labeling machine also offers various connection options, including connection to industrial color and thermal printers: via an interface kit the Pk-52 applicator allows maximum freedom in label creation and labelling, in full autonomy in a single work cycle, freeing ourselves from the costs of printing systems and die-cutting systems otherwise necessary for the creation of typographically printed labels.
Furthermore, it is possible to integrate an Mc model inkjet marker for printing variable data, barcodes, dates, times, or the management of particular labeling needs.
The machine is capable of managing different types of barcodes, including all types of 1D and 2D codes, including QRcodes. Additionally, two labels can be applied to one product, which allows you to handle a wide range of applications.
The compact dimensions of the machine (360x470x320 H) make it suitable for various industrial applications even in small spaces, while the weight of 25 kg makes it easy to move from one position to another. Pk-52 also complies with CE regulations.
